What data we process
The website has no forms that send data to a server. If you contact us by phone, WhatsApp or email, we process the data you give us (name, contact details, information about the boat) solely to reply and prepare a quote.
The guided request
The form on the Contact page writes a message on your device and opens it in WhatsApp or your email program. Nothing is stored or transmitted by the website until you send the message yourself.
Cookies
The website uses no profiling cookies or analytics tools. Your browser only remembers that you closed the language notice, with no personal data.
Third-party services
Typefaces are provided by Google Fonts: to display them, your browser downloads them from Google’s servers, which may log its IP address. WhatsApp and email providers process data according to their own privacy policies.
Retention
We keep request data for as long as needed to handle it and to meet legal obligations.
Your rights
You may ask at any time for access to, correction or deletion of your data by writing to the email address above. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority (Garante per la protezione dei dati personali).
